Kanye West has been released fro the UCLA hospital where he was hospitalized for more than a week.
According to E!, he left the hospital under the care of Kim, and his personal physician, Dr. Michael Farzam .
The hip-hop superstar was hospitalized on Nov. 21 after canceling the remaining dates for his Saint Pablo Tour. The cause was exhaustion and sleep deprivation.
