NCC Suspends Planned Hike In Data Tariff

Authorities of the Nigerian Communications Commission NCC has suspended its plan to increase data tariff on all telecommunication networks with effect from tomorrow December 1st. 


A statement by the commission says the suspension is to allow for further consultation by all stakeholders.

There has been a public outright since the commission announced plans to direct telecommunication networks to increase their data tariffs.
