Overweight Man Reveals How Depression And Bullying Transformed Him To A Ripped Gym-goer

 An overweight man has revealed how depression and bullying turned him into a ripped gym-goer 3.5st lighter with an impressive six pack.

Rich J. Guy, 28, has carved out a career starring in Hollywood films and music videos, including shooting scenes with actor Pierce Brosnan and wrestler Dave Bautista for a forthcoming, Final Score.

He made the decision to hit the gym after seeing unflattering photographs of himself appear on social media at the Reading Festival.
He told daily star

“I was disgusted with how I looked – topless with my gut hanging out," he told the newspaper.When I opened the post I was half way through tucking in to a family bag of Greggs sausage rolls, smoking a cigarette and drinking a Red Bull."
"I just stood there and thought: 'What are you doing with yourself?' I immediately dumped the food in the nearest bin, walked straight down to the gym and signed up, adamant that I would completely change my life.”
