HIV Positive Man Attacked Woman Then Poured His Blood On Her

An HIV positive man has been arrested after he allegedly attacked a woman before pouring his blood all over her face, chest and legs.


James Clinton Houser, 37, allegedly pushed the woman into a chair following an argument, before slapping her multiple times across the face, reports USA Today .

He then picked up a piece of broken glass and sat on the victim as he bled all over her body, according to Pennsylvania police.
Police were called to a home in Greene Township on October 3, where Houser claimed the woman attacked him, and warned officers that his infected blood was all over the house.

The woman, who had escaped the scene, was later located by police and claimed she was physically assaulted, leaving bruises to her face and Houser’s blood all over her.
Court documents state there was an ‘insufficient amount of blood to transmit the disease.’

Houser, of Chambersburg, was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment.

He is being held at Franklin County Jail on a $100,000 bail (£84,000). A preliminary hearing will take place on November 11.
